Why is there a card processing fee? ▼
Card payments cost 1.75% to process through Stripe. Rather than build this into all my prices, I keep pricing transparent and only charge it when cards are used. Plus, I contribute 0.5% of every card payment to carbon removal projects.
Is my payment secure? ▼
Absolutely. PayID and bank transfers go through your bank’s secure systems. Card payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment provider used by Amazon, Shopify, and Uber.
What if I paid the wrong amount? ▼
No worries — contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out. Overpayments are refunded, underpayments can be topped up.
Do you accept cash? ▼
We prefer digital payments for record-keeping and your security, but can discuss cash on a case-by-case basis.
